Our Family Support team offers essential resources and compassionate assistance right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and hands-on help. We provide parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning, as well as behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs. Additionally, we assist with navigating the complexities of Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications and appeals.
