Located in Steele, ND, Family Support is dedicated to assisting individuals and families impacted by Prader-Willi syndrome. Our compassionate team offers crucial support at the time of diagnosis, delivering accurate information and resources tailored specifically for families, care providers, and individuals. We provide a range of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Our team also guides families through the application process for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). We invite those in need of assistance to connect with their local PWSA chapter or to join our supportive community through our Facebook Support Groups.
