In Steele, ND, One-On-One Nutrition Consultations, offered by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, provides compassionate and personalized support to cancer patients and their caregivers through free telephone consultations with registered dietitians. Our mission is to empower individuals facing any type of cancer by offering practical nutrition education that addresses unique needs during treatment. In these 30-minute sessions, participants will gain valuable strategies to enhance their nutrition, manage treatment-related side effects, and navigate meal planning and grocery shopping. We also provide caregivers with guidance on how to support their loved ones, along with essential questions to discuss with healthcare teams and access to additional nutrition resources available locally and online. Our program is dedicated to ensuring that no one faces the challenges of cancer without support.
