Our Family Support team offers crucial resources at the time of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and compassionate guidance. We provide a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavioral management support. Additionally, we assist families with navigating the application processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
