Located in Towner, ND, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to the appropriate weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Our comprehensive program offers a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight, we offer resources for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
