The Meal Support Program in Underwood, ND, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers four daily virtual group meal sessions, creating a welcoming and secure environment for participants to enjoy meals together while receiving much-needed support from trained nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program. With a focus on healing and recovery, individuals can take part in as many meal support sessions as their schedules allow, fostering a strong sense of community and connection during their journey.
