Based in Underwood, ND, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to tailored weight management solutions that suit their individual needs. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, Veterans can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for ongoing weight-related challenges.
