Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Walhalla, ND

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Walhalla, ND, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual group meal sessions four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—creating a supportive environment where participants can nourish themselves alongside others facing similar challenges. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive expert support as they work through their recovery journey. While this program is focused on meal support, it is important to note that it does not serve as crisis care; individuals in need of immediate assistance are encouraged to reach out to emergency services or crisis support lines.
