Healthy Families North Dakota, located in Watford City, is dedicated to supporting families through the Healthy Families Early Childhood Home Visitation Program. Our mission is to provide vital information, education, and support to families from pregnancy through the early years of a child's life, often extending for up to three years. We offer a range of services including pregnancy wellness education, essential baby supplies like cribs, and guidance in setting up a safe sleep environment. Our program also assists with car seat installation and safety checks, breastfeeding education, nutrition guidance, and financial counseling. Additionally, we foster a strong support network to help families navigate stress reduction and promote health and safety while providing valuable insights into child development. The program is completely voluntary and free of charge, ensuring all families in our community have access to these important resources.
