MOVE! Weight Management Program in Watford City, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, with personalized referrals to a variety of supportive weight management services. We offer flexible treatment options tailored to individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE!
