About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in West Fargo, ND, is dedicated to cultivating a just and sustainable food system through education and community engagement. This unique program empowers participants to become champions of social, environmental, and economic equity within our food systems. By offering tuition-free training, we enhance accessibility and encourage diverse participation. Selected Fellows engage in immersive, hands-on experiences at our farm, where they learn about organic agriculture, food literacy, and community-based initiatives. Throughout their journey, Fellows will collaborate with local non-profit organizations to implement impactful projects such as developing community gardens, managing farmers' markets, and enhancing access to healthy foods. Our commitment to fostering innovative solutions ensures that the next generation is equipped to lead change in food systems from the ground up. Applications are accepted until March for the following cycle running from May to October.
