MOVE! Weight Management Program in West Fargo, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity, allowing us to connect them with appropriate weight management resources. We offer a variety of flexible and accessible options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which combines in-home messaging with clinician support.
