The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Wilton, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by annually screening for obesity and facilitating access to tailored weight management resources. We offer a variety of options to fit individual needs, including group sessions, phone-based lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite using our program.
