The Meal Support Program in Albion, NE, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient level of care in their journey of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals, held four times daily, create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to join others while consuming nutritious meals. Each session is thoughtfully facilitated by nutrition practitioners who are training through the Clinician’s Incubator program, working towards their CNS certification. We encourage individuals to attend as many sessions as they find beneficial to their schedules, nurturing both community and personal growth in recovery.
