Participants receive six informative e-booklets covering essential topics tailored to their needs post-diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter providing seasonal tips and local community event information. Enrollees who share their phone number are invited to join our interactive monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can pose questions to ADA experts, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that support their diabetes management.
