The Meal Support Program in Beatrice, NE, is dedicated to providing compassionate, non-judgmental meal support for individuals over 16 at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers four live, virtual group meal sessions each day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. These practitioners are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program and are actively working toward their CNS certification. Our goal is to empower individuals on their recovery journey by making meal support easily accessible and fostering a sense of community. Participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as fit their schedules, ensuring that our service is flexible and tailored to the needs of each individual. Please note that while we provide supportive meal experiences, we do not offer crisis intervention.
