The Commodities Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Blair, NE, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing vital food assistance to seniors aged sixty and older. Through this USDA initiative, we distribute a selection of essential food items every two months, including UHT milk, canned fruits and vegetables, bottled juice, cereals, canned meats, peanut butter, cheese, and pasta or rice. In addition to emergency food supplies, we also prioritize the health and well-being of our seniors by offering valuable nutrition education to help them make informed dietary choices.
