MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bridgeport, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities undergoes annual obesity screening, providing tailored referrals and diverse treatment options tailored to individual needs and preferences. Our program includes supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, Veterans can utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to encounter challenges with weight.
