MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Broken Bow, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to identify every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. MOVE! provides a range of supportive services, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For Veterans seeking a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges with weight-related issues.
