The Meal Support Program in Columbus, NE, provides compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can focus on nutrition while connecting with others facing similar challenges. With meal support sessions available four times daily, participants have the flexibility to attend sessions that fit their schedules, receiving guidance from dedicated nutrition practitioners working towards their CNS certification.
