MOVE! is a comprehensive weight management and health promotion program dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans in Columbus, NE. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and connect them to essential weight management services tailored to their needs. We offer a variety of effective care options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer independent weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
