The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Cozad, NE, is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders in a just and sustainable food system. Our program offers a comprehensive, tuition-free education in organic farming and food systems, enabling Fellows to become passionate advocates and educators. Participants engage in hands-on experiences at our farm, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, lead innovative health education initiatives, maintain community gardens, enhance food literacy in schools, and support local farmers' markets. After a six-month immersive training at the farm, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profit organizations to apply their skills and promote greater access to healthy food in their communities. We invite motivated individuals to apply by March for this transformative experience that runs from May to October.
