MOVE! Weight Management Program in Crete, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to support each Veteran by annually screening for obesity during their visits to VA facilities and providing tailored referrals to weight management services. We offer a variety of care options designed to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for at-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach.
