The Commodities Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Crofton, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors aged sixty and over by providing essential food assistance through USDA-distributed commodities. Every other month, eligible participants receive a variety of nutritious items including UHT milk, non-fat dry milk, canned fruits and vegetables, bottled juice, cereal, canned meats, peanut butter, cheese, and staple foods like macaroni, spaghetti, and rice.
