About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Dakota City, NE, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals where participants can share a safe, supportive environment while consuming nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times daily for both lunch and dinner, individuals can join as often as needed to fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While we prioritize compassionate meal support, please note that this program is not intended for crisis situations. For those in need of urgent help, we recommend reaching out to a crisis support service.
