The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Doniphan, NE, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free initiative designed to foster gradual learning over 12 months. This program offers resources in both English and Spanish, including six informative e-booklets tailored to meet participants at their current stage of understanding and a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community event information.
