The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Elkhorn, NE, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders committed to a food system that prioritizes social equity, environmental sustainability, and economic viability. Fellows engage in hands-on training at AMI's farm, learning to grow and distribute diverse crops while implementing innovative educational sessions that promote health and ecological literacy.
