Based in Elwood, NE, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and to connect them with tailored weight management solutions that fit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those seeking a mobile solution, the MOVE! Coach app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges after participating in the program.
