Over the span of 12 months, this program offers essential resources designed to empower participants in their diabetes management journey. Participants receive six informative e-booklets tailored to address their needs after diagnosis, alongside a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information, available in both English and Spanish. Enrollees can also opt to submit their phone numbers to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage with American Diabetes Association experts on various diabetes-related topics, discover the critical connection between diabetes and heart health, and even participate in giveaways aimed at enhancing their well-being.
