Nebraska WIC, located in Fairbury, NE, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, by promoting healthy food habits and providing essential food assistance. Through our Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program, we offer vital services including nutrition education, supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals for healthcare. In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to assist families in accessing healthy foods, with flexible options that do not require in-person visits. Our mission is to ensure that even during times of temporary income change, families can still benefit from our program and achieve better health outcomes.
