The Meal Support Program in Fort Calhoun, NE, provides essential, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing and safe environment where participants can share a meal while receiving guidance and social support. Offered four times daily with flexible schedules, our sessions allow attendees to engage in nourishing meals led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are in training to earn their CNS certification.
