MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fremont, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and connected to appropriate weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Our comprehensive offerings include group sessions and telephone lifestyle coaching, as well as our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home support with necessary clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those facing persistent challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
