The Meal Support Program in Fremont, NE, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers structured, live virtual meal sessions designed to create a supportive and safe environment for participants to enjoy shared meals while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily—two at lunch and two at dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is facilitated by professionals from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification.
