Based in Gibbon, NE, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual group meals not only provide essential nutrition but also create a safe, supportive environment where participants can share experiences and encouragement with others on similar journeys. We host meal support sessions four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing individuals to join as frequently as their schedule permits. Each session is facilitated by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, dedicated to fostering both recovery and community.
