MOVE! Weight Management Program in Grand Island, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and offer tailored referrals to various weight management options that align with their individual preferences and needs. Participants can engage in group sessions, receive personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, or utilize our TeleMOVE! program, which provides critical in-home support and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while additional options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are offered for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
