Located in Gretna, NE, the Women, Infant, and Children Program (WIC) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income women and their children through vital food assistance and nutrition education. Our program offers supplemental foods, health care referrals, and tailored nutrition education for pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. With a team of bilingual professionals, including registered dietitians and nutritionists, we focus on prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding support, and childhood obesity prevention. WIC also provides interpretation services to ensure accessibility for all families. We are committed to empowering our community with the resources needed for a healthier future.
