MOVE! Weight Management Program in Imperial, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services, including interactive group sessions, accessible telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additional options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are available for Veterans who may continue to face challenges with weight-related issues after engaging with the MOVE!
