Located in Lexington, NE, the Meal Support Program offers vital, free meal support for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to foster a sense of community and safety while individuals consume nutrition with supportive guidance. With four daily meal support sessions scheduled at convenient lunch and dinner times, participants can join as their schedule allows once they are approved. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners who are working toward obtaining their CNS certification, ensuring that every participant receives informed support.
