The Meal Support Program in Lincoln, NE, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our live, facilitated virtual group meal sessions offer a nurturing and safe environment, allowing participants to consume meals together while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can join as often as their schedules allow, fostering community and connection during their journey toward healing.
