Nebraska WIC, located in Madison, NE, is dedicated to ensuring that low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women along with infants and children up to five years old have access to essential nutrition resources. Our program promotes healthy food habits through a combination of nutrition education, supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and health care referrals. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to assist families in securing healthy foods without the need for in-person visits, making it easier for those experiencing temporary income changes to qualify for services.
