Home & Community Based Services for Aged Adults and Children with Disabilities (HCBS) in Minden, NE, is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals of all ages who are Medicaid eligible and require nursing-level care to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to empower those in need by providing essential services, including care management, in-home care, adult day care, respite, transportation, home-delivered meals, independent living skills training, and supplemental services.
