MOVE! Weight Management Program in Minden, NE is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, facilitate referrals to individualized weight management services, and offer a variety of treatment options tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our participants. We provide access to group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as further options.
