MOVE! Weight Management Program in Morrill, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take the reins of their weight management journey independently. For those who require additional support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery following prior attempts through MOVE!.
