MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ord, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of evidence-based options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight challenges.
