At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Papillion, NE, we are dedicated to training and empowering individuals to advocate for a just and resilient food system. Our program is unique in that it does not charge tuition, promoting accessibility and inclusion for all aspiring Fellows. Participants benefit from hands-on education in organic food systems, gaining practical skills that enable them to grow and distribute diverse crops through market-style farming. Our Fellows engage in community initiatives such as maintaining school and community gardens, conducting educational sessions in innovative healthcare, and integrating food and ecological literacy into local schools. Through mentorship and collaboration with regional non-profit organizations, selected Fellows participate in six months of immersive training at our campus, followed by a Community Action Year to apply their newfound knowledge.
