The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Pierce, NE, empowers passionate individuals to become advocates for a just and sustainable food system through hands-on training and education. Our program offers comprehensive instruction in organic agriculture while ensuring accessibility by waiving tuition fees for participants. Over the course of six months, Fellows immerse themselves in our experiential Farm and Food Study, gaining valuable skills in crop production, community gardening, and food literacy. Following this, they dedicate a Community Action Year to apply their knowledge in collaboration with regional non-profits, enhancing local food access and supporting direct-to-consumer initiatives.
