At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Plattsmouth, NE, we are dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders who advocate for a just and sustainable food system. Our Fellowship empowers individuals through hands-on training and education in organic farming, food systems advocacy, and community engagement. Participants have the unique opportunity to spend six months immersed in experiential learning at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they grow diversified crops, enhance community food access, and facilitate educational programs on food and ecological literacy. With no tuition fees, we prioritize accessibility, enabling Fellows to collaborate with local non-profits, maintain school gardens, support farmers markets, and mentor future leaders.
