The Meal Support Program in Ravenna, NE is dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers free, virtual group meal sessions four times daily, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. We encourage those in recovery to join as many meal support times as fit within their schedules, fostering community and connection while focusing on nourishment.
