Located in Saint Paul, NE, the Meal Support Program, a part of Project HEAL, offers free and accessible meal support tailored for those age 16 and up who are at the outpatient stage of their eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals are designed to create a supportive and safe environment for individuals to nourish themselves while receiving essential guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. We provide four meal support sessions daily, enabling participants to join at times that best fit their schedules, whether for lunch or dinner. While our program focuses on fostering a community around wellness and nutrition, it is important to note that we are not a crisis support service; anyone in need of urgent care should reach out to local emergency services or text HEALING to 741741.
