Located in Saint Paul, NE, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored weight management solutions that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of effective treatment options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those who may require additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other strategies.
